Refund Policy

1. 7-day window

• Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime plans: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the purchase.
• Monthly and Yearly renewals: full refund if you ask within 7 days of the renewal charge.
• Duplicate charges or charges made by our mistake are always refunded, at any time.

2. After 7 days

After that, the period already paid is not refunded. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account menu: no new charges are made and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

3. How to ask

Write to contato@axialab.com.br from your account e-mail, with the plan and purchase date. We confirm the request within 2 business days.

Stripe refunds the same card used for the purchase. When the amount shows up depends on your bank (usually within 2 statements).

4. What happens to your access

Once refunded, the plan ends immediately, premium templates are no longer available in your account and the license to the templates you unlocked ends.

Each account can be refunded once: after that, a new purchase needs to be allowed by our support team.

On Yearly and Lifetime, the first 7 days after purchase allow up to 10 templates; the full library unlocks after the withdrawal window.

5. Coupons

Templates unlocked with a promo coupon involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
