Terms of Use

1. What we offer

Axia Lab is a library of website templates: each item comes with a prompt for AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor and v0) and, when available, the source code to download. Some items are free; the others require an active plan.

Items marked “Coming soon” are shown on the site but can’t be bought, unlocked or downloaded yet.

2. Account

• You can sign in with e-mail and password or with your Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
• We may block accounts that break these terms, try to get around usage limits or share access with others.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

• Monthly renews automatically every 30 days. Yearly renews automatically every 12 months. Lifetime is a one-time payment that never renews.
• Prices and currency are on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew at the same price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account menu: future charges stop and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• If a plan’s price changes, we’ll let you know before your next renewal.

4. Usage limits

• Monthly plan: up to 10 new premium templates per week (the limit resets every Monday, 00:00 UTC). Free templates and items you already unlocked don’t count. The 3D collection is not included in Monthly.
• Yearly and Lifetime: the whole library, with no weekly limit. To prevent misuse of the right of withdrawal, during the first 7 days after each purchase (not renewals) up to 10 premium templates can be unlocked; the full library unlocks on day 8.
• Promo coupons apply to the templates, dates and number of uses set for each campaign, and unlock the item in the browser where they were applied for up to 7 days.

5. License

You may use the templates, prompts and source code in personal and client projects, on unlimited sites.

You may not resell, redistribute or publish the templates, prompts or source code themselves (for example in other libraries, marketplaces or courses), nor use Axia Lab’s preview videos and marketing materials in your own promotion.

If a purchase is refunded, the license to the templates unlocked with it ends and you must stop using them. Unlocks are recorded on your account.

6. AI results

Prompts are starting points. Results depend on the AI tool, its version and your own adjustments; we don’t guarantee that a prompt produces a site identical to the preview.

7. Refunds

You can cancel a purchase within 7 days for a full refund. Once refunded, the plan ends right away and the account can’t make a new purchase unless our support team allows it. The details are in the Refund Policy.

8. Liability

We work to keep the site available and the files intact, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or third-party failures. Our liability follows the limits of Brazilian consumer law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and jurisdiction

We may update these terms; the date of the version in force is at the top of this page, and relevant changes will be announced by e-mail or on the site.

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, in the courts of the consumer’s domicile.
